Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Scopus Publication Support Center and its academic publication support services. By submitting a request, uploading files, requesting a quote, making payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

  • Scientific manuscript editing
  • Academic language editing

  • Reviewer response and manuscript revision support
  • Statistical analysis
  • Qualitative analysis
  • Research-to-publication support

Our services are intended to help clients improve, revise, analyze, format, and prepare their own academic work.

2. Independent Status

Scopus Publication Support Center is an independent academic support service. It is not a journal, publisher, indexing database, university, or official representative of Scopus, Elsevier, Web of Science, Clarivate, PubMed, DOAJ, or any other indexing or publishing organization.

Any reference to Scopus-targeted support means that we help improve manuscript readiness, journal fit, formatting, clarity, and submission quality for journals that may be indexed in Scopus. It does not mean guaranteed acceptance, indexing, publication, or affiliation with Scopus or Elsevier.

3. Client Eligibility and Responsibility

Clients using our services must be legally and ethically authorized to submit the materials they provide. By submitting materials, the client confirms that:

  • The submitted work is their own work or they have the right to request support for it.
  • The submitted data, results, and research materials are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • They are responsible for authorship, originality, ethical approval, institutional approval, and final submission decisions.
  • They will review and approve all final outputs before using or submitting them.

4. Scope of Work

Each project is handled according to an agreed scope of work. The scope may include the required service, deliverables, price, timeline, number of revisions, and client responsibilities.

Any request outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote, additional payment, and adjusted timeline.

5. Services We Do Not Provide

We do not provide services that violate academic integrity or publication ethics. We do not:

  • Sell ready-made research papers, theses, or dissertations
  • Write theses or dissertations for submission as the client’s independent work
  • Fabricate data
  • Invent results
  • Create fake references
  • Manipulate citations
  • Sell authorship or add authors without contribution
  • Guarantee journal acceptance, indexing, or publication
  • Submit false information to journals, universities, or institutions
  • Prepare work intended for unethical academic use

6. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Publication

We do not guarantee acceptance by any journal, university, conference, editor, reviewer, supervisor, committee, or academic authority.

Editorial and academic decisions are made by external institutions, journals, editors, reviewers, and academic committees. Our role is to improve quality, readiness, clarity, structure, and fit, not to control final decisions.

7. Use of Submitted Files

Submitted files are used only for assessing and delivering the requested service. We treat submitted files as confidential and do not publish, sell, or distribute them.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate third-party confidentiality, institutional rules, copyright, data protection laws, or research ethics requirements.

8. Communication and Project Management

Communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, platform messages, or other approved channels. The client is responsible for providing accurate contact information and responding to requests for clarification in a timely manner.

Delays in client responses, missing files, unclear instructions, or late changes may affect delivery timelines.

9. Revisions and Changes in Scope

Some services may include limited revisions within the agreed scope. Revisions are intended to address minor corrections, clarifications, or adjustments based on original instructions.

Major changes, new instructions, new data, new analysis, additional chapters, different journal guidelines, or major restructuring requests may require additional fees.

10. Delivery of Work

Deliverables may include edited files, clean versions, tracked-changes documents, statistical reports, journal selection reports, response letters, formatting files, presentation files, or other agreed outputs.

Final files are delivered according to the agreed timeline and payment conditions.

11. Payments

Clients must follow the agreed payment terms before work begins or before final delivery. Payment requirements may vary depending on the type and size of the project.

For more information, please refer to the Payment, Milestones & Refund Policy.

12. Refusal or Suspension of Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue service if:

  • The request violates academic integrity or publication ethics
  • The client requests fabricated data, fake references, or guaranteed publication
  • The client provides misleading information
  • The client fails to make agreed payments
  • The client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct

13. Limitation of Liability

Scopus Publication Support Center provides academic support based on the materials and information provided by the client. We are not responsible for journal decisions, university decisions, supervisor decisions, reviewer judgments, publication delays, indexing changes, or the client’s use of delivered materials.

The client remains responsible for reviewing, approving, and using final deliverables appropriately.

14. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
